As mortals, we pray for divine sight to recognise a true Guru; for it is only through His grace, that we develop the desire and faith to perform the puja and receive the diksha blessing.
Through grace of Gurudev, the diksha blessing, removes our impurities, thus preparing us for puja and/or sadhna. A true SaadGuru is one who continually shapes us through the power of Diksha, which is His spiritual strength. The results of puja/sadhna done with blessings of Guru are far superior than done without and one who experiences this is a truly fortunate being on earth.

This pujan can be done on MahaShivrathri at 9pm at
your home.
If you wish to do the Shiv Sadhna as
performed by Lord Krishna, then this can be done in addition at 11pm,
again at home.
