Story 1: Health problems and nothing running smoothly in life
A certain bahen was having difficulties with health and family tensions; nothing seemed to be smooth in her life. She started doing Guru mantra in June 2011 and requested a photo of Guru Padukas. She received these padukas and Guru’s locket on Ekadashi. In the month of Shravan 2011, after failing her driving test several times, she passed her test.
She said, ‘I was not sure about my right and left directions and I cannot drive on the motorway. However, the instructor was so helpful; he guided me carefully with right and left directions and did not take me on the difficult roads or motorway’. Her family were totally surprised that she passed.
In December she received two Dikshas from Gurudev. Within one month of the Dikshas, she went to the hospital for a check up on her Crohn's disease. She said ‘for the first time, the Consultant said that the condition had become mild and that I may only have to take the medicine for six months’. She was totally surprised because he had never previously said this and had advised medication for life.
She said, ‘Generally, everything seems to be running more smoothly. My mother in law’s benefit claim got passed; although the officers made several home visits, they hardly asked any questions. They even completed the form for me and went through everything with me. My husband does not seem to get angry and I see a glow on my face and feel inner peace’
Story 2: Work and relationship problems
Another Bahen was having problems at work and difficulties forgiving some relations in her life. She had been doing Guru mantra and received Dikshas from Gurudev.
On arriving to work after the Christmas break, she opened her e-mails and saw a welcome message. She opened the message and read a warm welcome message. The message informed her that she had been given a new role within a new team. She was overjoyed because she had been moved to the best team with the best boss in the whole organisation.
When she met her relations later that month, she felt an incredible peace and suddenly realised that she had no bad feelings towards them. She could communicate freely and easily with confidence and inner composure. She now feels an immense enthusiasm and energy and feels that a new chapter in her life has begun.
Story 3: Guru’s grace
A bhai has been acquainted with Gurudev for a few years and has much interest in spiritual life. Gurudev is also very compassionate and loving towards him.
However, this bhai’s personal life is fraught with difficulties. He was having difficulty following Guru’s instruction and was thinking of leaving Gurudev’s association for some time. He did not want Gurudev to suffer on his behalf as he knew that on giving Diksha, Gurudev has to take on the burdens and sins of the individual. Gurudev, showered much love on him and said that a ‘father does not hesitate to take on the burdens of His son, no matter how wayward the son may be’. Within a few weeks, this bhai saw a sadhu in his dream and later felt a strong desire to go to the Jodhpur
Story 4: A devotee’s strong intention rewarded
A bhai who is spiritually inclined, heard about Gurudev one year ago. He is doing a world tour and nurtured a feeling to meet Gurudev during this journey. He was travelling a lot with no definite plans for when he would arrive in India India ; he is away from His home in Jodhpur Jodhpur 3 days before Sadgurudev’s birthday when Gurudev would be arriving back in Jodhpur
None can go to His place without Him desiring this; it is only due to previous lives’ good deeds and Guru’s grace that this is possible.
