Success through Sadhanas
Sadhanas are a powerful method given by our Rishis for removing all problems from life and attaining success. The presence of a competent Guru to provide instruction for these sadhanas is a prerequisite without which any spiritual practice cannot be successful.

The requirement of a competent Guru is written in the scriptures and has been demonstrated by all divine personalities such as Shri Rama who had two Gurus in His lifetime Rishi Vashista and Rishi Vishwamitra and Shri Krishna whose Guru was Rishi Sandeepani.

One can cure diseases, defeat enemies and overcome tensions through different processes.

These wonderful practices have never failed provided they are done with devotion, faith and trust in your Guru.

Shree Chakra Yantra, Eleven Gomti Chakra and Statik rosary

Sadhana Procedure
Wake up early in the morning around sunrise and have a bath.  Wear washed yellow clothes and sit on a yellow mat facing North.  Cover a wooden seat with yellow cloth and place a copper plate on it.  Now put some rose petals within the plate and place the Yantra over it.

Chant one round of Guru Mantra and pray to Guru for success.  For this chant the following mantra once.

Hreem  Shree Guro Dakshinmoorte Bhaktaanugrahkaarak.  Anugyaam Dehi Bhagwan Tripur Sundaryei Archanaay Me.

Offer red flowers, vermillion, rice grains on the Yantra and light a ghee lamp.  After this place eleven Gomti Chakras around the Yantra and on them too offer vermillion and rice grains. Then take the rock crystal rosary in the right hand and chant five rounds of the following mantra.

Mantra

Ayeim Kleem Saum Baalatripure Siddhim Dehi Namah

Again chant one round of Guru mantra after chanting the above mantra.  Then tie the Yantra, Gomti Chakra and the rosary in a yellow cloth.  Keep this bundle in a safe or at the place of your worship.  Daily chant the mantra for eleven times, until you obtain favourable results.  Do not use the articles in any other Sadhana.

The eleven Gomti Chakras represent good fortune and by keeping them at home shall bring you good luck and make circumstances favourable for progress in life.

Sleeplessness and mental tension
Living in a fast paced world many tensions and problems arise, creating mental tensions. When these tensions become too much sleeplessness can result. This has an adverse effect on one's health, ability to concentrate and as a result studies and performance at work suffer. Through the power of Guru and Hanuman, this sadhana process offers a cure for sleeplessness.
Place Hanuman Gutika in the place of worship on a mound of black sesame seeds in the night of a Tuesday. Then chant five rounds of the following Mantra with a Vidyut rosary.
Om Hoom Hoom Hanumate Hoom Hoom Phat
Do this regularly for nine days. You shall gain peace that shall cure sleeplessness instantly.
After nine days let the rosary and Gutika flow into a river or pond.

Are there quarrels in your family?
In Indian society women are seen with great respect as the homemaker who instills good traits in children; however, there are still many families in which women are not given due respect and are mistreated.  This leads to obstacles in the progress of the family.  Where a woman is not respected there can be no divine presence or divine grace because in India the woman of the house is called Lakshmi.
To maintain a peaceful balance the woman of the house needs to feel supported and for this the husband needs to devote enough time to family matters.

Through the power of Guru and Shiva and Shakti, this sadhana is effective for conjugal happiness.
For this Sadhana, the woman of the house should place three Klesh Nivarikaas Gutika in a copper plate on Monday. Then these should be worshiped with vermilion, rice grains, flowers, incense sticks and ghee lamp. Then with a Grihasth Sukh Sobhaagya rosary chant five rounds of the following Mantra daily for 21 days.
Om Hreem Shreem Grishasth Sukham Siddhaye Om Namah.
After this chant one round  of the Guru Mantra and pray to  Guru for success in the Sadhana. After 21 days drop the rosary and the three Klesh Nivaaraks Gutika in a river or pond.

Protect Children from evil eye.
The mind is the most powerful of senses; human thoughts and emotions exert a great power and impact on ourselves and others.
In some people the power of mind is very well developed. If such individuals look at children with evil thoughts they have an adverse effect on the soft heart of the child and he/she can get ill. This is called the evil eye. One might not do this intentionally but the inner thoughts which might focus on the beauty or tenderness of the child in a negative manner could well make the child ill. The following process is very powerful and effective in negating the effect of such evil eyes. For this a Drishti Dosh Nivaarak Triloh Mudrika in a black thread is required which can be tied around the neck or waist of the child.

For everlasting beauty
Beauty has its own magnetism and looking at true beauty fills one with real joy. Through the following sadhana process one can enhance one's beauty and make the personality magnetic and hypnotic. One then has a personality that everyone is compelled to stop and look at for a moment.

Rise before sunrise and sit facing the East. Before yourself place the picture of Sadgurudev and with a Soundary rosary chant five rounds of the following Mantra.
Om Hreem Kleem Hreem Hreem  Hreem Om

Through the chanting of this Mantra a divine energy is created within. After this perform Sheetalikarann Kriya for five minutes. For this push the tongue out of the mouth and breathe in deeply from the mouth and then slowly breathe out. Do this for five minutes. After this, for ten minutes sit with a peaceful mind. After just a few days your face shall start to look more radiant. The divine glow on the face of Yogis is due to such very amazing Sadhanas.
